SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS:
Semiconductor thin film technology, physics and applications.
Preparation of composed thin film structures of III-V and
IV-VI compounds. Experimental and theoretical investigations of such
structures. Application of the thin films to the semiconductor devices and
sensors.
SCIENTIFIC ACHIEVEMENTS:
Developed and patented a method of regrowth from the melt of InSb thin
films under a protective layer of SiO2. On that basis developed
the technology of preparation of thin film Hall sensors and implemented
it to a mass production. PublicationS more than 80 original papers in
(mainly)international journals.
