- 150 zł (40 Euro) for PTWK members, students and accompanying persons
- 200 zł (50 Euro) for others participants.

Please note that:
- Every participant is requested to fill and send a registration form to the Secretariat "Czochralski Symposium
- Social events in Toruń and in Kcynia mentioned in the Symposium Program are free for registered participants.
- For foreign participants cash payment at the conference desk without additional charge is possible after organizers' approval.
- In exceptional cases financial assistance in the form of partial or complete exemption of registration fee is possible. The Organisers do not finance travel expenses.
- The participants are requested to:
(i) return filled-in Registration Form before February 15, 2003,
(ii) send information of payment of registration fee before March 1, 2003, and
(iii) send, if required, application for financial assistance before March 1, 2003,
