REGISTRATION FEE:

• 1200 zl (300 Euro),
• 800 zl (200 Euro) for PTWK members (only for those who have paid the PTWK Society membership fee up to December 2003 and have been PTWK members for at least two years; for information contact: e-mail: kaczm-b@itme.edu.pl) and accompanying persons,
• 600 zl (150 Euro) for students and doctorants
  (the student/doctorant applicant must provide an authorized copy of his/her student/doctorant identification)

The registration fee covers participation in the sessions, book of abstract, accomodation for four nights (including three meals per day), welcome party, and conference dinner.

Registration of participants in Koscielisko will start on Sunday, May 16, afternoon - 4 pm;
Welcome reception - May 16, evening - 8 pm.

• Acceptance of abstracts - February 15, 2004.
• Payment of conference fee - March 1, 2004.
• Submission of application for financial assistance - March 1, 2004.

• For foreign participants cash payment at the conference desk without additional charge is possible after Organisers' approval.
• The Organisers do not finance travel expenses.

An abstract can be:

• Rejected
• Accepted for poster presentation
• Accepted for normal oral presentation

The decision will be sent before February 15, 2004

PRESENTATION

The Conference will include Invited Lecture (25 min + 5 min discussion) and Oral Presentation (15 min with doscussion). Some contributed papers have been selected for oral presentation (15 min), the others will be presented in the form of posters. A poster board with size of 1 m (W) x 1 m (H) will be provided for presentation of every contributed papers.
The Czochralski Lecture - 45 min.
The conference language is English.
